1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Calyo One platform and the www.calyo-consulting.fr website, published by Calyo Consulting SASU.

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms without reservation.

3. Hosting

The website and platform are hosted on dedicated servers in France. Technical processors are listed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service description

Calyo One is a professional management platform offered as SaaS (Software as a Service), providing:

  • A CRM (customer relationship management)
  • Complementary business modules (sales, accounting, HR, projects, support, etc.)
  • Free interactive assessment tools

5. Registration and account

  • Registration is open to professionals (B2B).
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is personal and protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

6. Free trial

  • A 14-day free trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card required.
  • After the trial, access to features is suspended. Your data is kept for an additional 30 days.
  • The free trial is limited to once per user and per company.

7. Subscription and pricing

  • Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions are monthly or annual, paid by credit card via Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in euros excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added at checkout.
  • Invoices are accessible from your account area.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s agreement.

However, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. User obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not disrupt the operation of the service
  • Not attempt to access other users’ data
  • Not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights

10. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, source code, interfaces) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Calyo Consulting SASU.

Any reproduction, representation or distribution, even partial, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

11. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Service availability

  • Calyo Consulting strives to maintain the service accessible 24/7.
  • Interruptions for maintenance may occur. Planned maintenance is notified in advance by email.
  • Calyo Consulting does not guarantee a minimum availability rate and cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.

13. Liability

  • The platform is provided “as is”. Calyo Consulting cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
  • Calyo Consulting’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.
  • Calyo Consulting cannot be held responsible for content entered by users on the platform.

14. Termination

  • By the user: You may terminate at any time from your account area (My Account > Delete my account). The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • By Calyo Consulting: In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after email notification and a 15-day compliance period.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Calyo Consulting has no control over these resources and disclaims any responsibility for their content.

16. Modification of Terms

Calyo Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the competent courts of Toulouse shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute, you may use a free mediation service. The mediator will be communicated upon request to [email protected].
